The Team

HKU Edible Spaces are under the care of a team of dedicated students and staff. Members will learn basic skills in farming workshops and take turn to help the farm on maintenance and upgrade work.

    Maegan is a project manager in the Sustainability Office. She has joined the Rooftop farm for more than 2 years and currently growing strawberries.

    Aspires to be a permaculture practitioner and a disciple of Masanobu Fukuoka. Currently growing tomatoes which was originally found in the compost bin.

Always interested in exploring ways to lead a more sustainable life. 

I think it's fun to connect with people and nature through farming during our busy lives of doing research and teaching/learning in the university. Very happy to join the farming team!
